My drive comes from a respect for the complexity of human experience and the many ways we find meaning.

I bring together academics with a lifelong curiosity about people and their stories, and a commitment to walking alongside them as they search for clarity, healing, or growth.

I hold a double major in Psychology and Neurosciences with a minor in Cognitive Sciences from the University of Central Florida (Orlando, FL). I later specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through Camen Behavioral in collaboration with the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), and completed two Master’s degrees at ISEP in Barcelona—one in Clinical Psychology and another in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am currently completing a Postgraduate program in Art Therapy.

My research background includes collaborations with CINVESTAV in Mexico City and Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, focusing on the intersection of cognitive and behavioral sciences. Clinically, I draw on Neuroscience, CBT, Psychoanalysis, and ABA, while also integrating practices from yoga, Eastern philosophy, and sound therapy—disciplines I studied in India and Nepal.

I view learning as a lifelong responsibility. Because the human mind and experience are so vast, I remain committed to staying current with research and expanding my therapeutic tools. My goal is to offer an evidence-based, compassionate space where anyone can reconnect, regulate emotions, and build resilience.
